Allsorts challenge 542 Gold or silver

Hi there, another challenge over at Allsorts and our lovely Ellie has chosen the theme for this week.
Which is......
Add a touch of Gold or Silver to your creations.

A4 stamp set from Rare Earth

Sorry about the poor photo's, a new camera will definitely be on my list to Santa.

I decided to use this lovely bell die and do a cards in both gold and silver mirri card and a Swiss dots Embossing folder.
The die is from Tattered Lace and it is actually 3 bells joined together but I decided to slice them and use them separately so I made 3 gold and 3 silver cards from the one die cut of each colour.
The sentiment is a Presscut die.

My youngest Grandson has just been on a school trip to Whitby for four days, the thing he seemed to be most impressed with was seeing Bram Stokers grave, I worry about him.

Thanks for popping by and any comments you are kind enough to leave.

Kath x

It's a real statement card with that lovely golden bell Kath.

Don't worry about your Grandson, that was the highlight for my youngest daughter when she was young as well, but despite the plaque there to commemorate him and local rumour, truth is he was actually buried in Golders Green, London in 1912.

Two beautiful cards Kath and I imagine that the bell die would work beautifully on wedding cards too, it's really pretty and intricate. A lovely embossed background and the mirror card in silver and gold adds a real touch of luxury x

Clever and efficient you getting a threefer out of one die! I'm applauding, Kath! Love the scallops, matting and "snowy" swiss dots background! As for the grandson, I took a look at what is supposed to be Bram's grave site (according to Dr. Google) and if it's the right place, I have to agree with him. It's very impressive with the ponds, waterfalls, and gardens offsetting the spooky old gravestones. Or maybe he will grow up and be a pathologist? She says, hopefully. Hugs, Darnell xxoo
