Allsorts 565 - Man or Boy

Well when I first started this post and I certainly wasn't expecting the state that the World would be in today.

Our lovely Wendy has chosen the theme for this week challenge which is....
Something for a Man or Boy (one can ask the question is there really much difference !!!)

For my card I have used a LOTV stamp .
Coloured with Promarkers
Spellbinders Candlewick rectangle die
Papers from my collections.

We are pretty lucky as we live in an area called Calderdale and checking on line we only have seven cases, but..... that is today, who knows what tomorrow will bring.

For my followers and anyone that pops by, I hope that you are all well and that you will remain so for however this plague lasts.

On a brighter note, it  has shown my Hubby that I am not the only person who likes a glass of wine on an evening, the way the booze has flown off the shelves in the supermarkets.

Food for thought.... Will life ever be the same again.

Thanks so much for popping by and any comments you are kind enough to leave.
Take Care.

Kath x

Aww . . . the LOTV bears are just so cute! Lovely card Kath and just perfect for the challenge theme.

I think there may be some permanent changes to life when things have cleared up and we return to some form of normality. Hopefully some GOOD will come of it . . . communities coming together etc?

Happy Saturday xxx

Apparently so with wine Kath as I was told the other day by someone who had been in a supermarket with ten bottles of wine on his trolly, he was told a max of four.

A very sweet card for today's theme, great contrast of colours.

You're just over 30 miles from me but currently it may as well be 30 million! I'm not checking in our area have just been watching the world figures and it sure makes for sad reading.
I am however managing to not drink wine till at least 7pm!! And thank goodness the wine rack is currently well stocked!

A real cute LOTV bear Kath with his present and celebratory beer! x

Cute image and lovely design Kath, love the candlewick die, gingham paper and colour combo.
A glass of wine in the evening sounds like a good plan to me!
Yep! It was a bit of a shock seeing the empty wine shelves in the supermarket, plenty of fresh fruit and veg, even loo rolls and paracetamol- but no wine! Thank goodness I have coffee!

Hi Kath,
I agree with you sentiment about men and boys.
This card is such a super design and it may be the only tiple some see soon perhaps.
You have coloured it wonderfully especially glass of beer.
Love the edge of your die cut it's gorgeous.
I used to enjoy a glas of wine or a tot of whisky but the pain killers I am on don't allow you to drink. Boo Hoo ! LOL.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

Must admit I've taken to having a glass of wine in the evening! Lots in the cupboard under the stairs lol..{bought for me as presents I might add, some over two years old!!!} At least when we come out of this no one will know I've taken to drink! only my computer friends lol..
Not been out for 14 days now!! Thankful for the garden & hobby's.
Stay safe.

No I think they all boys at heart. With the pubs shut noot surprised booze is disappearing as fast as toiilet paper unless of course they are using it as the new sanitizer. Worked in the good old days and before you say anything , well before my time so not speaking from experience. Hope you are staying safe. Hugs Mrs A.
