Allsorts challenge week 399 - Daisy Daisy

Our prize this week is this lovely stamp set by John Lockwood/Creative Expressions

The lovely Wendy has chosen the theme this week, and she would like to see Daisies on your cards.

I have used a die set from the English Country Garden.

The rest of the elements are from my ever increasing collection of things I have had for quite some time. Trying not to buy new stuff but use old stuff, so far so good, well it  has been 20 days now into the New Year so I think I have done well.

The flowers are all die cut from my huge box of snippets of white card and coloured with chalks so this card will be heading into Pixie's Snippets Playground.

Have a good week.

Kath x

This is a really pretty card Kath! I lasted not buying - until today - but in my defence it was Alco ink blending solution as had run out - nothing else!!

Hi Kath,
what a very gorgeous card, and those daisies are super, and their colour is fab.
I love chalks as you get a much more subtle colour when you colour so thank you for reminding me.
Love the background pers used too this is very pretty.
I think I need to take a leaf out of your book, use up old stash, but I do get tempted soooooo! much by the new stuff coming out.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

Very pretty card Kath. You're doing better than me, I've already succumbed to new stuff even though I have masses of unused stash.

Fresh & spring like, just what I need to cheer on a gloomy rainy day. The pale blue looks so pretty with the white of the daisies and the yellows. Also like the dimension of your wonderful posies with the delicate flowers on the background paper. TFS & Hugs
