Allsorts challenge week 402 - `Hearts and Flowers

This weeks challenge at Allsorts has been chosen by Brenda and I was going to say being an old Romantic she has chosen the theme of Hearts and Flowers but forget the old bit please, it just goes with the saying.

This is the prize on offer this week.

Here is my card.

I have used a pre-colour LOTV topper and papers.
Sentiment - Woodware
Ribbon SU and a very old flower punch.
Quite a plain card but it does look better in RL as I have added Wink of Stella here and there.

Thanks to all who have called in and huge thanks to those of you who are kind enough to leave a comment, good or bad.
Have a great week.

Rudolph Day January 2017

Doesn't seem two minutes since it was January 2016 and we are now on the first Rudolph Day challenge of 2017 over at Scrappy MO's

This little fellow made his first appearance on our Allsorts challenge on the 31st December where the challenge was something new, as he was then.

Well he is back again with another design of card.

While I was at it I made a few more.

So there are six in all.

The embossing folder has no name as they were sent to me by a lovely blogging Friend, quite some time ago actually but I had forgotten where I had put them but while hunting for some other lost item, I came across them and decided to use them for this image.

I dabbed glitter glue over the leaves, which is not good for a photo but I hope you get the idea.

The Robin is part of a set by Hobby Art and yes he will be appearing again later on.

I actually stamped the wings again and paper pieced them to give a bit of a lift but to be honest it didn't make too much difference.

Sentiment - Peel off.

I suppose it sounds like my craft room is a bit of a tip but it isn't really, I just move things around and swop them from one place to another that I forget where I have put them.

Allsorts challenge week 399 - Daisy Daisy

Our prize this week is this lovely stamp set by John Lockwood/Creative Expressions

The lovely Wendy has chosen the theme this week, and she would like to see Daisies on your cards.

I have used a die set from the English Country Garden.

The rest of the elements are from my ever increasing collection of things I have had for quite some time. Trying not to buy new stuff but use old stuff, so far so good, well it  has been 20 days now into the New Year so I think I have done well.

The flowers are all die cut from my huge box of snippets of white card and coloured with chalks so this card will be heading into Pixie's Snippets Playground.

Have a good week.

Coffee and Cream

This card is for the current challenge at Stamping Sensations which is

Coffee and Cream.

I am also entering it into Pixies Snippets Playground where, as always, it is Anything Goes as long as you use snippets.

I have used Penny Black 4160K - Cheerful.
The papers and ribbon are old SU.
Sentiment Craftwork Cards
Corner die is Pierson Corner by Memory Box.

My snippet is the paper that the flower and the die were stamped and cut on.
I stamped the image twice and cut out, laid one down flat then raised the other one
Button from collection.
Thank so much for calling.
