The theme this week over at Allsorts has been chose by our lovely Wendy and she would like to see a Birthday cake or Cupcakes on your creations
Our sponsor this week is Pinksy Doodles, Maker of digital images and cutting files for card making and craft projects.
For my first card I have used Woodware stamp - Birthday Cake.
The papers are from Lily of the Valley.
I have paper pieced the cake with the same papers as the background.
I have used a glaze pen on the candles but doesn't show on the photo.
My second card uses Cupcake images and papers from our Sponsor Pinsky Doodles.
I have paper pieced the cases and glittered the tops with Art glitter.

Super design on both cards Kath. The paper pieced cake looks fabulous and love how you used Clare's images and papers on the second card!
Two lovely cakey cards. The lemon ones look good enough to eat, in fact I could eat one right now lol!
You can't go far wrong with a cake on a birthday card Kath (well, unless the recipient is on a diet- then it's a bit cruel, even though everyone knows that birthday calories don't count!)- 2 fabulous makes!
