For my card I have used
Penny Black - 2098 Bubble of Joy
Candlewick rectangle die from Spellbinders.
The spotty paper was from Craftwork Cards but this was originally with a creamy dot so I went over the dots with an orange ProMarker.
The bottle paper is also old stash with no details.
