Allsorts challenge 583/4 - Make it Masculine

Another two weeks challenge here at Allsorts and our lovely Tracy has  chosen the theme of ..

Make it Masculine.

We have a great stamp from Chocolate Baroque for one lucky winner.

Chocolate Baroque will be showcasing some exciting new stamps on Hochanda TV on Tuesday 4th August. Lesley will also be on our screens on Sunday 16th August with a new Craftalong, the kit for that show is available to purchase with a £5 discount from Hochanda.

I have used an old digital image for my card which I think is from Dr Digi.

I have paper pieced the chair but coloured everything else.
The paper is from LOTV.
Please do have a look at the challenge blog to see the lovely creations from the rest of the team.

Talk about one step forward and two steps back, I live in Calderdale and only a few miles from the Bradford border, so, once again we are in 'lockdown'. Not that we have ventured very far at all, only hairdressers once and supermarket late at night when it is very quiet and to Daughters when the weather is good and we can distance in the garden.

I have had a load of computer issues this week as well, has anyone else?
It never rains, but it pours!

Thanks so much for popping by and any comments you are kind enough to leave.

Kath x

Not computer issues as such, but certainly Blogger ones, I spent the best part of an hour yesterday morning trying to persuade it I really did want to save changes to the PB challenge post but it was having non of it.

Your card is perfect for the teens and our theme this time round.

Oh dear Kath, I'm so sorry to hear that you're in lockdown again. To be honest, I think we are all getting to the end of our tethers with it all now. It seems ridiculous to me that you can't see your family in your own home but you can go to the pub! You couldn't script it could you. Also sad to read that Stamperama is cancelled until next May, so lets hope that things are better by then. Your card is fabulous and would be perfect for my son who's in his early thirties. He still loves his games and telly on his days off work. Take care my crafty friend and stay happy xx

Hi Kath,
this card is brilliantly created and your paper piecing of that chair is brilliant.
Super colouring of that image also.
Sorry to hear you are on Lockdown again.
I am not sure if we will be next as we have the highest rate of deaths according to my Granddsughter.
I have ventured out this week with my Daughter who has been on holiday.
Wearing a face mask in this hot weather makes you hotter.
I don't know how NHS peeps mange all the time they are brilliant.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

Just an awesome design, coloring and image.

Sorry to hear you've been locked down again Kathleen, we also have more restrictive measures. Not sure when life might get back to somewhat normal.

Hugs Diane

Hi Kath, a fun card for Ethan, love the paper pieced chair and gaming image, perfect for most teens these days. My Mum's Laptop has done updates this week which have changed lots of things, leaving me wondering if my PC will do the same... We are waking to news that even though mask wearing is not necessary here in NSW (other than in areas with known outbreaks) most supermarkets will want customers wearing them from tomorrow. Good luck with the new lockdown, I hope that people in your area are quick to comply with the health measures necessary... Have a wonderful week... Megan

This is a fun card Kath and I love the paper-pieced chair!

So sorry to hear that you are having increased lockdown restrictions where you are. AND to have computer problems seems a bit unfair to say the least. Sending hugs - we will get through it all. Vicky x
