Allsorts 575 Summer Sunshine

Good Morning we have another challenge over at Allsorts.
Our Wendy has chosen the theme of...
Summer Sunshine
By this she would like to see that the main colour on your creation is yellow.

I have used an old Hero Arts stamp called 'Flowers'
You would never have guessed that, would you!
Stamped in black and then I coloured the flowers in two shades of yellow.
Dp are from Craftwork Cards as is the sentiment strip which I coloured yellow.

Still plodding along, day by day but mostly shouting at the few times I watch the news at all the stupid people who are crowding here there and everywhere, the mind boggles.

I would also like to warn any of you out there who don't already know that there are a lot of new scams going on out there, so please be very careful. Scum of the Earth as my Mother would have said.

Thanks for popping by and any comments you are kind enough to leave.

Kath x

Good Morning Kath

I absolutely LOVE the striking yellow and black of your stamping. Terrific card. Pretty stamp . . . wondered how you coloured your black stamping yellow first of all, but then realised the flowers must have been negative space!

I don't bother watching the news . . . too depressing, and I prefer to remain cheerful!

Happy Saturday hugs to you my friend xxx

I love that stamp Kath- it looks wonderful coloured in the yellows, so striking against the black background, lovely choice of dp to frame it too, this card just shouts summer!
I know exactly what you mean about watching the news reports- it makes you wonder if some people have totally lost their marbles!! Why would they even want to go somewhere there are crowds- crazy! It's bad enough going to the supermarket.
Your Mother would have been right with that description.
Have a good week Kath.
xx

A real striking card Kath with that yellow against the black. Great job.
Fed up with the stupidity of some - dear husband had a bit of a 'do' with a 30something bloke in the supermarket who stood right next to him and then reached in front of him to get something off the shelf. When he said to him' Doesn't 2 metres apply to you then' - the bloke laughed in his face. I despair.
Stay safe. xx

LOL! They must have stayed up all night thinking up the name for that stamp! It's a beauty and looks gorgeous in these sunny yellows against the black. Thanks for the scam warning - so sad it's even required :/ Vicky x
