Good Morning, another Saturday and a new challenge over at Allsorts.
This weeks theme has been chosen by our lovely Lynn.
"Add a Bow"
Easier said than done, for me.
Our sponsor this week is.....
I have used Woodware stamp - Flower Garden.
The papers are from Crafty Individuals, a fabulous set of papers, super colours.
I have coloured all the leaves but the flower are paper pieced using the same papers as the backing papers.
The bows are years old and came in a packet!
I have three different types of bow makers and I can not get any of them to work right BUT I have been sent a tutorial from Jules at "Always with a heart' but not tried it out yet as I had already made this card.
Thank you for popping by and any comments you are kind enough to leave, please take care.

Pretty card with little cute bows;-))m
The muted colours are just beautiful Kath and work so well on that lovely stamp.
You 'need' a Tattered Lace bow maker, I've tried several over the years but this theirs one is foolproof and takes just seconds, bows turn our so evenly balanced, both since, double and even triple ones.

This, theirs, but you get the jist!!

Very pretty floral card with the addition of not 1 but 2 bows! Plus your trademark paper piecing. Super.

beautiful paper piecing on this gorgeous stamp Kath, the tiny bows are the perfect finishing touch
Such pretty colours Kath.. well done! Im not big on bows either. Ive a bow maker and mostly watch 2min a pinned video each time!! Pretty hopeless.. but they do work so is worth it.
Love your colours really work well.
Thanks for sharing, and may God bless and keep you and all whom you love, in these changeable times. For as Paul saud: "We walk by faith, not by sight."

Beautiful card Kath, that lovely stamp looks gorgeous pieced with the pretty muted paper! I'm rubbish at bows- have a Zutter Bow it All contraption but am often too lazy to get it out and when I do I have to watch the video again as can never remember how to use it! It does make neat bows though...
xx
Your mention of 'easier said than done" made me smile. I feel the exact same way when I try adding a bow to my cards, and I have no idea why!
But your card turned out so beautifully with the pretty floral stamps and love how you added the bows to the two corners.
Wow Kathleen what a stunning card design.
Hugs Diane
FABulous! I LOve your soft colours Kath.
The paper piecing is just Stunning. I'm a rubbish kinda girl with bows too!
Tend to scrunch them together, sew into place and then add a bit pearl on to cover the dynamics lol...That's why you don't see a lot on my cards!!

Managed to keep busy! I've coloured the garden gate and the garage door lol..
But, not with Copics!!
So beautiful, a gorgeous image Kath, xxxx
LOVE how you paper pieced these flowers Kath! They look so beautiful and because they have the black detail on them look slightly darker than the frame. Hope you are having a safe and peaceful weekend, Vicky x
This is a pretty image. The way you have coloured it looks great. It has a such a soft, pretty look.
I am hopeless with bows. So bad that I rarely use them! But when I do, I often cheat and get my bow looped into the size I want...just the two sided looped over. Then instead of tying it I tie a piece of thread around the middle of the loops and tie it tightly. In most cases the thread is hidden by the pupped areas of the bow. If not then I glue a thin piece of the original ribbon over the thread and glue it in the back...(hot glue).
Your comment on my card did make me laugh - I did show her the bow beforehand lol!
Your card is so pretty and such beautiful paper piecing.
A gorgeous floral card kath, love the colours and fab paper piercing too
