Penny Black and More-December challenge.

Good Morning - it is my turn from the Allsorts team to be a guest designer for the Penny Black and More challenge.
The theme for December is to use the colours of Red, Green and Gold.

For my card I have used a Penny Black -wood mounted stamp
4056k- Kisses from 2010

I have paper piece the present with the same background card, which is from Kanban.
The gold glitter paper for the ribbon is some very old Craftwork Cards papers.
Computer generated sentiments.

Now if the challenge was red, gold and green it would remind me of the song by Culture Club, you know the one I mean? Wonder how many of you will be singing that all day now.

I am also going to enter this card in Scrappy MO's Rudolph Day December challenge. It officially ended in November but she does one in December for those who have not won a prize and have entered every month for the past year.

Thanks so much for popping by and any comments you are kind enough to leave.

Gorgeous card Kath - and I love the parcel paper pieced to match the background! The hedgie is adorable! Dudley has been watching a hedgie feeding most evenings in our garden - from the safety of his penned up area on the main patio - in fact it takes up the whole area but is much better than him rampaging around grass and digging in the soil right now. At first he barked and growled but now they seem to be firm friends. Or at least, neither one runs away from the other one - the wire fence in between probably helps on that score of course!

Love and hugs, sorry for not hopping around very much right now.

Many congratulations on your GD spot Kath. Your card is lovely and I really like how you've created the gift wrap on the parcel to be the same as your background, it looks fabulous. Hope you're keeping well and happy as it's really grey in our part of the world isn't it. Crafty hugs, Sandra x

That's a really well wrapped up present. Unfortunately I don't know that tune you have in mind which is a pity as I'm getting fed up with 3 ducks caroling We Three Kings!! I don't know about the Orient but they will shortly be in orbit if they don't pack it in. Hugs Mrs A.
