A great design with the two banners used like that, they really draw the eye into the focal element and lovely brigh and cheery colours for a lad.

Great card Kath - so bright and cheerful! Lovely design and such a cute image. They were on about the Beano on Breakfast TV the other morning and David A beside me said he used to love that comic (as I did). At the supermarket the following day I picked one up from the magazine rack to buy as a bit of a laugh - and it was swiftly put back I can tell you! £2.75!!! Is it me or is that well over-inflated? I can't see my parents spending the equivalent of over a fiver for the Dandy and Beano for me each week all those years ago. Ha, even though my dad ALWAYS read them first - he told me it was to 'vet' them and I believed him for years!! M U G should be tattoed on my forehead I think - or D U M B O!!
