Allsorts challenge weeks 476/477 - Flowers All Over

Quite a change for us at Allsorts this week as the challenge will be running for two weeks due to the holiday season starting. It starts today and finishes on Friday 27th of July
Our lovely Mervi has chosen the theme of

Flowers all Over

Our sponsor for the fortnight is

I have sort of cheated this week as the papers are from Craftwork Cards - Embroidery paper pad.
My card uses the papers only as I thought it was too nice to cover with an image or cut out the flowers and layer them. So I just made a frame and added a wink of Stella on the flowers, which of course does not show on the photo's.
No sentiment as I thought these would be good for a few occasions.

Here are some more cards I made with these papers with different coloured frames.

Which is your favourite, answers on a postcard please.

Never thought I would ever say this but we had some very welcome rain yesterday, a small amount in the Morning and then quite a heavy down pour in the Evening.

Thank you so much for popping by and any comment you are kind enough to leave.

Kath x

Well they are CAS and COOL!

I thought I was going to say the blue card at the bottome would be my fave, but having studied them I think my fave is the first one you've posted . . . the orange one.

Happy Saturday to you. Please send some of your rain down south, we are parched down here!

Hugs, Sarn xxx

I just love those Kath, and as you said the paper is much too nice to cover up! We had some very welcome rain yesterday as well. I love the smell when it rains after a hot spell.

Great cards Kath! And we too had a swift downpour yesterday. Amazingly, although it was short, it almost filled up the biggest water butt (which takes the back guttering water), Back to being hot and dry again today here though,

A wonderful assortment of cards Kath, the paper is so pretty! Love them all but I seem to be mostly drawn to the last one with the aqua/light blue frame.

What a fun way to make flowers your embroidery is fabulous. I think my favorite is the yellow framed design.

Hi Kath,
my faves are the lemon and green ones, I think it shows off the flowers better don't you.
Super pretty paper used, and it's nice to have those lovely frames.
Perfect for many an occasion.

Clever to frame the paper Kath.. I LOVE cards that are easy to make! Think my fav has to be the one with the turquoise frame - but if you'd have done a pink, then it would have been a different story...

We have had thunder and rain last night and this morning.... and it's now 6 pm on Friday, and the thunder is rumbling again in the distance... probably over your way!
