Allsorts challenge week 473 - Sweet treats.

Good Morning, our challenge this week over at Allsorts has been chosen by the lovely Susan.
The theme is .....

Sweet Treats

Our Sponsor is Marianne Designs with these lovely prizes.

The cupcake stamp is by Papermania - Strawberry Swirl.
As you can tell I have paper pieced the image and cut around it.
The papers are the last in a super paper pad that I have had for ages, in hindsight I should have bought two as I love the colours.

The other day got a good deal from M&S, a main. a side and a pudding with a bottle of wine for £10,  my eldest Grandson' exams are all finished .
Next week is forecast as a scorcher?,

Well two out of three ain't bad., as Marvin Lee Aday would say, now who knows who that is?
Answers on a postcard please.
Thanks so much for popping by and any comments you are kind enough to leave.
Have a great week.

Kath x

It all coordinates perfectly Kath, the beauty of paper piecing and why it's such a great technique and the cupcake looks good enough to eat!

Hope you have a lovely weekend.

Well, I'm guessing Martin is Meatloaf, because of his song, but will look it up after I've left this comment!

Your card is a great layout and has brilliant paper piecing, as ever. Nice papers, but now you've used that pack up, you can search for another lovely pack of different papers to play with . . . There's always an upside!

Happy Saturday!

Hugs, Sarn xxx

Pretty sure I have some of those papers too. This looks. Lovely and summery . I had a quick lick of the cup cake but put the strawberries background cos I'm allergic to them. Eek. A new shed is next on my list to replace and the one I have my eye on defo hasn't got any windows in it. I have a little house mouse residing in my current one, well it is 35 yrs old(the shed not the mouse) and neatly falling down cos said mouse is eating his way through it!! Hugs Mrs A.

I hate predictive text presuming to know what my brain is saying. That should of course say I put the strawberries back.
Hugs Mrs A. P.s. Now I got cream on me nose.

Yummy cupcake and looks delish with the background of the pattern paper. Cool that you had just the right papers to go with the sweet treats theme to design those double borders. Love the turquoise color combined with the other pops of color too. TFS

Gorgeous yummy card Kath and the papers are a perfect match. Love sunshine but it is far too hot at the moment, so much so we could not lock the conservatory yesterday as heat distorted the frame until it cooled down again at night. Too hot to be outside. x Susan x
