Allsorts challenge week 393 - Christmas Lights

Penultimate challenge before our two week Christmas challenge and the lovely Helene has chosen the theme of ....... Christmas Lights.

We have two lovely dies for this weeks prize.

Here is my card

Another challenge that I was in a dither with, as I had nothing with Christmas Lights, but like most of you I get mails from Pinterest but normally I delete them,  as I find if I take a look, I spend far too much time looking. But on this one occasion, I looked and low and behold there was this image as a free download, I could not believe my luck. Never moved so fast in my life, grabbed it straight away.

The image was from FunPup, which I think is no longer trading.
Papers Nitwits/LOTV
Stars and sentiment very old Craftwork Card.

I printed off about 30 of this image as I thought it would be great for my youngest Grandson's class mates cards for next year, don't moan, took them with me to Loch Lomond and he ended up colouring a few of the images and did a fantastic job of it too. I think I will use smaller stars in future and send the rest of the images up for him to colour.
Once again sorry about the photo.
Have a great week.

Lucky you, the Stars must have been watching over you! What a delightfully cute reindeer to get as a freebie-- at just the right time too. You've turned it into one darling card, and the stars shine out on this one. The tangled deer made me smile, thinking of the Dear who gets tangled in lights at my house! TFS & Hugs

I can see why you moved fast, Kath! That is a terrific and really fun image, colored perfectly and I like how you have showcased it with the layers and the embossed stars! I'm so pleased that you can share your hobby with your grandson! Mine used to love it, but now they are outgrowing it. (Sad face.) Happy Holidays!! Hugs, Darnell

Ooh I used to make these with my daughter years ago Pauline… they are a bit fiddly but they look so pretty in the different papers. You can keep them and put them up year after year! I've still got some of mine.
Hope you have a lovely evening
Big hugs, Sue B xx
