Rudolph Day challenge February 2016

Well here we are again another month and it is back to ScrappyMo's for another RD challenge, and I believe she is introducing some new DT members.
A few photo's mostly of one's that didn't turn out as planned

Started off with this - didn't like it, shouldn't have cropped the branch of holly.
Not placed right either

Then tried this, didn't like it, wrong colours for candle.
Then tried this, didn't like it, not deep enough colours
Then tried this, now getting somewhere.

Finally tried this ... yep I like it-
Hope you do too.
even though on the photo the right hand stripe doesn't look straight, it actually is.
I was determined to use this candle die again.

Happy Rudolph Day.

A lovely selection of cards, Kath. I think you're being a hard on yourself! I especially love the first one, fab embossed background. The candle die you used on the other cards is on my wishlist - looks lovely used with different colours.

Thanks for entering the Rudolph Days Challenge this month - Good Luck!

A great selection of cards. I agree with Liz, you're being too hard on yourself (but don't we all do that?).
Thank you for joining us at the Rudolph Day challenge.

Lots of lovely cards. I actually like the first one, holly branch and all! It is frustrating when the camera doesn't tell the truth isn't it! The candle is very striking, and I like them all, but I agree, the last one is the one I like best. Kate x

Well. Kath you got there in the end....one you finally liked! I think you're being too self critical, all the cards are beautiful, but then we are all our own hardest critics.

I love each card Kath - you're much too hard on yourself! The candle die is always so elegant - and I love how you used the holly and bauble in your first card too.

I love how you have shown the progress of the idea but have to say I love all the cards you have created. I do agree though that the one you did last is the best.
