Allsorts challenge week 474 - Baby Animals

Good Morning, the lovely Helene has chose the theme for this weeks challenge over at Allsorts and the theme is...........

Baby animals.

We have this super prize for one lucky winner.

The stamp is by Rare Earth.

Here is my card.

The stamp is a wood mounted image from Woodware 2005.

I bought it because my youngest Daughter loves giraffes so I made her birthday card with it and this is the second time I have used it.
So lucky to have found these snippets of papers, which I won't say are as old as the stamp but getting on that way.
I will also be entering this card in Pixies Snippets Playground. challenge 329.

Rudolph Day - June

Hi all, it is time for another Rudolph Day challenge over at ScrappyMo's.

One minute it is January and next minute it is June, so only five more to go.

For my card this month I have used the Penny Black - Santa's Hat stamp, while I have the die I have not used it on this occasion.

I cut the card shape, backing paper and image from a set of MFT - Dynamics and can't find the name of the set anywhere on the packet.

The backing papers are LOTV/Nitwits

The red stripe on the card was more of a pinkish shade so I just went over that with a red Promarker and a ruler.

A bit of glitter on the white of his hat.

Apparently the stamp is an old one but the die is new, well it was last year but I bought them both on sale this year.

Allsorts challenge week 473 - Sweet treats.

Good Morning, our challenge this week over at Allsorts has been chosen by the lovely Susan.

The theme is .....

Sweet Treats

The cupcake stamp is by Papermania - Strawberry Swirl.

As you can tell I have paper pieced the image and cut around it.
The papers are the last in a super paper pad that I have had for ages, in hindsight I should have bought two as I love the colours.

The other day got a good deal from M&S, a main. a side and a pudding with a bottle of wine for £10,  my eldest Grandson' exams are all finished .
 Next week is forecast as a scorcher?,

 Well two out of three ain't bad., as Marvin Lee Aday would say, now who knows who that is?

Allsorts challenge week 472 - Two or More Dies

Good Morning and it is my turn to host this weeks challenge at Allsorts.

I have chosen the theme of....

Use two or more Dies.

I have used six dies on this card

The backing oval die is - Die-namics - Dainty Doily
The plain oval die that the image is on is Spellbinders.
The stitched die on the DP and two dies on the fancy border are Spellbinders
The border lace die  is Die-Namics too.
Both papers are from Nitwits/LOTV
The Rose is from PB - T for Transparent  Efflorescence set.

I have not added a sentiment as I have done my Grandson's teachers thank you cards in this style and did an extra one incase one or the other decided they need another

Back to Basics and Beyond - Fold back card

The challenge this fortnight at Back to basic and beyond is to create a fold back card

I am cutting it fine as the challenge is not open for much longer.

I did take a photo of the card more open and showing the fold back in more detail but could not get the photo to look right and also the colours of the image and the papers looked totally different.

Unfortunately I can not remember where I bought this digital image from as it was quite a few years ago, it doesn't have a name but there are two initials but can't make them out either. I know it was from a craft shop and this was the only digi she did.

I have paper pieced the dress.

Wonder how many of those drinks she can manage before she falls off those heels?

Here is my card.

Everything on this card is from very old stock.

The only thing I am certain of is that the elephants are from Craftwork Cards. a long time ago.
The base card is also Craftwork Cards. I have only two packs left so I have no idea where I will get my cards from when they have run out, not with the quality anyway.
I think the papers are SU, and the words and stars are Pebbles Inc.
