Snippets Playground meets Cuttlebug Mania

Morning all, so after seeing Di's post yesterday morning I decided that I would join in the
Cuttlebug Mania challenge this fortnight which is

and I also thought I should make it suitable to enter into
Now this is supposed to be a window box, a style of card from Craftwork Cards, to be totally honest I am not sure if I have used it right, but I do like it.
I have used one of my favourite dies - Kirby Blooms by Poppystamps.
Fresh Foilage - Memory Box
Cut on my trusty Cuttlebug, which I have just treated to new plates.
Coloured with distressed inks while still in die.
Sentiment Craftwork cards.
I did put a little bit of paper on the base of the card.
The red in the background was only a backdrop.

Monday was glorious, Tuesday and today back to rain.

Not sure why the browser froze and wouldn't let me add more so doing it in two stages...
New plates on CB...
..Mmm, Kath, I need some but hard to get here and my thought is I only wreck them in a blink, and then they're not new.
I just keep one B plate for warping type dies and find that helps it last longer, and almost boiling water on tu then weight as it cools will help with excessive warping. I still use two of my original B plates, and also original C plate, bought two new B, and now into my sixth year of using my bug. Not bad I think. They're tough.
Thanks so much for the inspiration,

It's so very pretty Kath, something rather different and the flowers inked in the die with the tiny white border really draw the eye to them.

Hi Kath,
what a very pretty and wonderful card.
Great use of snippets as usual.
Love all those gorgeous flowers in the window box.
I must admit I was glad of the rain as it had not rained here for at least 4 weeks or may it was 6 not sure, but at least I did not have to get the watering can out as that kills my back.
Lots of crafty love. Jenny L.

I love your window box of flowers. colours are pretty. I did start contructing the diving board over the duck pond but have dismantled it today to make a raft instead. The ducks have been using it to get to their island in the middle of the pond. I thought ducks could swim!! hugs Mrs A.

Did you get any sunshine yesterday? We were over in Skipton and did... but as soon as the sun went in, the wind was still biting! Don't think I'll be losing my vest just yet!! hehe!
