Penny Black and More - Goodness knows, Anything goes

Sorry about the photo.

I am also going to push my luck and enter this into Di's Snippets Playground as the image was stamped on a piece of left over A4 card, as is the piece of gold backing paper, now to me it is not really a snippet but I'll give it a try, probably get a detention, but hey ho, what's another one.

This is PB stamp - Tree Chirps
A bit of left over shimmer gold backing paper
Coloured with ProMarkers
I used peel off's for the sentiments coloured red, well I didn't dare use a stamp because it took 4 goes to colour this image to anything a tad decent, so I wasn't going to spoil it by making a mess of stamping the sentiment.
A bit of glitter added here and there
I am totally useless at colouring but this was not an image to paper piece but I do love the stamp.
Wish I'd put a ribbon on the card too, then I could have also entered Stamping Sensations.

Gorgeous card with the new PM stamp Kath, I had never it until the latest package of goodies arrived from PB then I had to put it on my wish list.

Many thanks for sharing your creativity with us at Penny Black and More challenge.

I've packed some white with bubbles, hope that will suffice !

It looks great to me Kath. I understand that snippets large and small are welcomed in the Playground . . . once a bit of the card has been used, the remainder is a snippet regardless of size! I don't think you'll get detention!

Fabulous stamp Kath, and a gorgeous card. It was worth persevering with the colouring the result is gorgeous....don't blame you for not risking stamping the sentiment, the peel offs look great anyway!

Well I think your birds are lovely. I'm heavily into peel offs. Saves a lot of sanity and they look good too. hugs Mrs A.

Sarn is right, once a piece of card or paper has been cut into - the remainder is a snippet - no matter what size. So no detenshun for you - not that you've had any for a while now :) Love your colouring and that stamp really is so cute.

p.s can someone please round those Monkeys up and get them into the Donkey suit. 2 in each leg and 3 across the back.

Lovely card Kath! Your colouring is great but definitely understand why you used peeloffs for the sentiment!

FABulous! I LOve this stamp with all the little birds..It's more that decent Kath..I've 'blown' it up to take a pretty, lovely shading too. I think we are all to hard on ourselves..Great idea with the sentiments too.

Caught a glimpse of this while enjoying the golden heart card above. Your coloring is wonderful, and the sentiment looks great too. I hear you about messing up with the sentiment, when you've worked so hard with the image. your snippet sounded fine to me, but I've heard some stories about your influence in the Playground....I've not been able to get over as much as would have liked, but I don't want to be the back part of that donkey either!!! Hugs & TFS
