Allsorts challenge - Buttons

is hosted by Susan and she would like to see some BUTTONS on your entry.

Our sponsor this week is

Image - Sassy Cheryl
Papers - Craftwork Cards - very old collection.
Cuttlebug embossing strip - buttons
The leaf buttons I have no idea, I have had them so long
Sentiment, and the punches SU.
I put glossy accents on the image buttons and WoS on the embossed borders.

I specifically bought this image for a friend of mine, who was always saying she had "buttons for brains"  and put Happy Birthday, Buttons for Brains on her card
It went down well actually.

Hope you are able to join in our Buttons challenge at Allsorts, this week.

My Niece would love it too .. .. she got married last month and the theme was buttons. They were everywhere .. .. even her bouquet was made from buttons and the buttonholes for the bridal party!

Hope all is well with you. Many thanks for all your lovely comments on my blog .. .. I do appreciate them.

I don't think I have any of that paper left now but I did use some of the card from the papers blocks that were done for it just a few weeks ago.

  16. Love buttons, so I'm especially taken with this image, and I love the leaf shape button embellies. Such pretty papers too. I will have to remember the 'buttons for brains', as I think that might apply to me as I'm getting more {ahem} mature! It's just a delightful card. TFS & Hugs.
