Rudolph Day

Hi and welcome to April Rudolph Day, I am a tad late this month but I am here now!

I have made a start on my youngest Grandson's cards for his class mates and I decided to use this Woodware - on the Chimney Top stamp, very easy to colour.  I only made three cards with it last year so thought it deserved more and I had better use it before he stops believing in Father Christmas.

There are 9 cards here and you may notice that the chimney pots shown are in four different shades, this was not intentional it just so happened that I chose a Copic to colour the pots and it ran out and this happened three times.

The Ho Ho Ho comes with the stamp and I did not trust myself to stamp directly onto the card itself so I stamped it separate and punched it out with SU punch and guess what, the card stock I used were snippets of white card so guess where I am also heading - The playground of course week 174
Added streaks of glitter to the white area's

Only 21 cards to go and that is Austin sorted.
Do pop along to Scrappy Mo's and join in the challenge.

Thanks for stopping by.

Kath x

oh these are adorable entries into the Rudolf Challenge.
I love that stamped image of Santa as he looks so jolly.
Wonderfully designed, and what a super Nanny you are to make these for your Grandson.
As you may see I am up late, as I am in pain and can't sleep.

  12. Yep! Have to agree with previous comments Kath...you are one super-organised super-gran! Hope no-one ever tells my granddaughters that you make cards for your grandson to give his classmates...I'd have orders for 3 billion 'Frozen' themed Christmas cards -with glitter!
The design is great, love the image (let's hope he still believes in Santa in 8 months... (snigger!)
So irritating when copics do that...

  13. Oh these are fab Kath… very cute and I love the sparkles and Ho Ho Ho's!!! :-))
Strange how my Copics always run out at the most inconvenient times… usually on a near-finished, very time consuming image, and then in the middle of a large area!!! Lol
Hope you have a good week!
    Big hugs, Sue B xx

  17. A wonderful selection of Santa cards, Kath! What a star you are making for your grandson - I only just manage my own! I know what you mean about the sentiment. I try a first go at stamping onto the card and have a punched shape ready to stamp onto when I get it wonky!!!

  19. Wow, this is amazing that you can turn out so many of these cute cards. Had to grin at your copic comment...that happens to me too. And it made each of your clever cards unique too. Well done, and how marvelous that you do these cards for your grandson. TFS & Hugs.
