Use Brads

The challenge this week at Allsorts is to use brads.

The stamp is Woodware and due to the vast amount of clutter on my desk I am unable to find the packet with the name on.
Versamark ink pad and embossed with WOW gold glitter powder
Sizzix embossing folder, which I had to join to fit the card size
Gold mirri card
Craftwork Cards sentiment
Brads I think originally Queen and  Co. they are supposed to be lights not baubles
The gold stars I have had for years.

Now for those caring follows I would like to say that only a couple of fingers were harmed in the making of this card.

Thanks for looking and luckily enough the backing gold mirri card of the image was a snippet left over from previous use so heading into the Playground with this one

Wednesday I'm off to see the Second Best Marigold Hotel, can't wait, hope it is as good as Shaun the Sheep was last Saturday!

Kath xx

  8. Ooooh, this is a glittery golden and bejeweled masterpiece of a snippet card, my friend! I'm aswoon and I can tell you it was worth the minor injuries invol-ved! Let us know how the movie was - how can it be bad? I could watch those actresses read a telephone book and be entertained!! Hugs, Darnell

  9. Hi Kath, beautiful card, the tree is lovely with those coloured brads on it and I haven't spotted the join either! Glad to hear that only a couple of fingers were injured in the making of it. I'm so looking forward to seeing that film too - thoroughly enjoyed the first one so fully expect the same from this follow-up. Elizabeth xx

  12. This is fabulous Kath.... I love everything about it... the coloured brads make perfect tree lights, and I'm loving the stars too! I think I may have to dig out my embossing powders too... it's a long time since I used them and that's bad... as they used to be my first 'go to' item!!

Hope you enjoyed the film - if it was as good as the first, it'll be fab!

    Hugs
