They are also having a blog hop to celebrate the new digi stamp releases of which the above is one of them. I love this image and as I lean more towards images of flowers than people or animals and especially fairies, these are just right for me.
Now you may think, strange colours, but this card is also for another challenge, which you won't find on any blog, it is for our local crafters meeting and the challenge this month was a project using tangerine, aqua and circles so this is my card for that.
The actual bowl of flowers looks really lovely IRL using the tangerine and aqua.
The other half of the open scallop is fixed to the inside of the card, you may just see a bit of it at the top but with the angle of the photo looks rather strange.
Sorry to waffle.
Thank you all for looking and your welcome comments, off the do some commenting myself and then to try for the LIM challenge this week, struggling fro some reason.

ReplyDeleteGorgeous Kath!! Ha, ha - I'm gonna do a run of fairies, and animals on cards now :) Oops, its a butterfly tomorrow, foreign food possibly for Friday Feast, a teddy on Saturday and an angel on Sunday. Maybe you shouldn't come over for a few days - on the other hand. I'd miss the pithy comments and laughs.
ReplyDeleteHooted with laughter about your hubby's tools almost being sold in the charity shop - but throwing his sarnies in the bin was even worse!! :)
